skinning question

hey everybody i was wondering if anybody knew where i could get some good skinning programs like photoshop and gimp and stuff i know about them i just need to know where to get them so if anybody knows post some links plz

I used to download photoshop off of limewire. I got the free trial like 5 times then finally I got the full version from it. Sadly my computer crapped out so I had to buy another and I just bought Photoshop.

That was before I knew how to skin... And I still don't know how to! W00t!
