I don't know.. A lot of people don't.. But, I saw that Monkey Turd has a 3 chevron as well as others.

I joined since 12 Aug 2004, never got one

, so for me, emblems doesn't mean anything because, we don't know why we got it, what it means and those are given randomly by... who knows??

A lot of meanings are known. They aren't given randomly.
