This is my first attempt at scanlines.

Although I don't like anime renders in sigs (not cause I hate anime -which i kinda do-, they just dont work well), this sig looks alright. Better than any of your other stuff.

I took out the scanlines, cause over at animerenders.com said they didn't like the scanlines.

The scanline free one is nice

scanlines can work. Don't blanket your entire sig with them. Lower the opacity on them slightly, and erase parts of it. Make it an accent.
