How do I change reload time?

Well I've been away from from modding for a while now and I totally forgot how to do some very simple things, such as change reload time in HMT. When ever I try to, when I load my modded map in a new game, my Halo minimizes and I get the dreaded "Gathering Exception Data". Can someone please refresh my memory on how to do this correctly? Thanks.

ok well you are going to need HMT v 3.5 there get the map open and scroll down to weapons then click the weapon and its in the flags there is clip and projectile, you want to click the arrow drop box for clip and click the option 0
the you should see the reload time. you can make it faster there

That's what I did, but I keep getting the dreaded "Gathering Excetion Data." Thanks anyways.

Did you exit out of the map in HMT before opening halo?
