mip maps

Not to sound rude Anthony but I believe your mistaken.

I can SEE mip-maps when in-game. I also know that mip-maps can carry over when injected because when DarkShallFall told me to disable mip-maps in my bump-maps I get an odd "Fade-in" effect: I see the original bumps from all distances except when I get right up close. Then it actually seems to meld into the bump I injected. (You can see the height of the bump change).

Anyways when I inject normally (with mip-map) I only see the bumps that I originally injected.

the only reason you would see the old mips are because the new ones didnt get injected :p which leads me to say, I dont think there are any apps that can inject them of course I should go check out the ch2r source just to be sure
