Error Loading Halo

I get this error when I launch Halo:

I dont know what to do about it....any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you copy your halo.exe else where?

um...maybe he deleted the halo icon off of his desktop so he just moved the halo.exe to his desktop???

yea. i have a shortcut on my desktop. but i get the same error even when i play directly from the CD

Do you have a genuine Halo game and a Genuine OS?

yea. ive had halo for years. and i just got Vista. and ever since i got vista it hasnt worked

Hmm.. I have vista and it works fine for me..

Im sure this has been suggested before, but are you on the admin account? if not try it on there. If it doesnt work, right click halo and click "run as admin". Might work...
