So i see videos and i want to make a cool intro to my halo, but idk where to find the tool, is it somthing i have to pay for or are there freeware versions

FRAPS 1.9 does it for me.

fraps doesnt record your desktop though, just in game

Ahh thats true, and it also saves in HUGE files. You might be better off going with something else.
