How do you make grunts able too pick up all weapons?

How do you make grunts able too pick up all weapons? In halo 1 it was just a short you had too edit. PR referenceing plasma rifle and PP plasma pistol. but i dont under stand how to do it in h2. some hep would be nice.
Sig may not be animated.
