Great sig, I love it. As for the avatar, I like the reflectiveness. 9.5/10 for the sig, 8/10 for the avatar.

Badly cut render, no blending whatsoever. Also, it's just a simple anime render over a brush background. Sorry, but it's not very good. 6/10, cause I do like the light bloom that it has.

The background draws the eyes to much because it has more detail then the foreground. Blur it a little perhaps? Anyways:

Colour: 9/10 Good, draws the eyes to certain places.
Design: 5/10 Not fond of central renders.
Centre of Focus: 2/10 Colour draws to eye but the foreground is to prominent.
Total: 6/10 Pretty good.
