ummm some help

alright, idk if the reticles on a gun have shaders or not but the bitmaps are white, which would make them black in game. But they are blue. How can i change the colors of that? skins dont work ive tried i always get like green colors if i ski it like orange or something. Also, in danger canyon, the insides of the bases and the symbols for each base are red and blue. Which shaders do i edit to change those. Can someone please help me. I want to make one a silverish and the other like a gold or brown, if that helps.
