Glow1.dds Texture Question

What does the texture do/affect?

the multipurpose is the shine and glow.
Green = Blue glow
Purple = Shine
The more the color the shiner/bluer glow.

That has nothing to do with this texture man...your talking about the multipurpose bitmaps...
