can some one tell me how to edit the blue blur please

i would like to know if it was possible to edit the blue blur on the main menu. i dont want to take it off i want to replace it with a picture so that when you boot it up you dont see earth city you just see that picture i put for the back ground and then you see the halo 2 and the options. so pretty much just replace the blue blur with a picture is what im trying to do.

...im not entirely sure if you can add a picture to it but try changing the bitm dependancy in the desaturation shader.
