Vista Maps on Xbox

I was wondering if it were possible to port Halo 2 vista maps to xbox.
It seems easy enough, but no matter what I've done, it hasn't worked.

I have some custom maps I'd like to move over. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know if there's a rule against this, but if there is I'll just delete the post.
