Help with pelican

I want to know how to stop the pelican from flipping and make all the seats and gun turrets work. i have try for to days but no luck.

i look through the whole tut section n try the 1 with full collison but that isnt full n it isnt the best way to do it cuz it almost never works so how about u get a brain mr_penguin and check out for ur self cuz i try n its not wat it seems.
