Spec ops Mod pack for CE

I have been working on a swat type thing and relized it's to..Plain...Run in, Arrest people, Get out, So I decided to use some of that stuff to make a Special-Ops type map pack, I need people who can


-Biped Rigging
-Model Weapons
-Model Vehicles (For scenery)
-Texture a ground

For some reason photoshop keeps messing up on my and im like kasdjflkas So if somebody can make a texture map of bank (For testing purposes), 2 Story preferably.
