[skin] Snow Halo Ring- Night

This one took me all day to do since I was fighting with the lighting for a while. Also, I was trying to make a night ring texture for Halo Trial- I didn't want to rip the TAR's night ring, though I think it would be better than this one.

It was made using the user interface's ring. Took a while to adjust, and the lighting took forever.
