NO MODS WORK FOR ME!!!

when i download a pretty good looking map mod and do everything right like unzipping it and pasting it in the halo maps folder. then when i go to play halo online, NOTHING IS DIFFERENT! it happens every time. while my friend does the same process and all mods work for him. what am i doing wrong?

umm make sure (if it has any), apply the .ppf's that come with it. If it doesnt have any then well I got no idea.

if you join an online game with ur modded map, everthing will go to normal. but u can host and play the mod or do a lan

It does??? i always get an exception error when i go on a normal map when i have a modded map in for that map

the point is that you can only use most mods with people who hae the mod, or by yourself.
