i cant find it it is in UMP v3 but when i click on it it says something and doesn't have it pop up but sice it was a tut i was thinking you guys could hook me up with it i searchhed already

He means that its providing people with stuff they should have to go out and buy. Tutorials on getting h1 tags into h2 are ok, because you need both games in order to do it. But releasing h1 tags in h2 is against the rules because you are ripping off their intellectual property.
