make your own shaders...

because i have a crap video card (GeForce4 MX :x ) i was trying to experiment with making normal non-pixel shaders. I havent got it to work yet please help
Im currently using adobe photoshop elements and HMT 3.5 to try and make this work
any help apriciated :D

it dont work - im givin up

what decent cheap video card can i find
i cant afford a 9800 :(
