Um how do you mod

That may seem stupid but I have never modded anything and i'm wondering how to mod. Like what do you have to get so you can mod.

Look in the utilities section. What you basically want is :PPF O Matic, HMT 3.5, HHT and sparkedit. Then, when you have those, read some tutorials and that should get you started. Also, fiddle around with the utilities so you can get a feel for modding.

If I play halo on my XBOX 360 will I still be able to mod it?

I think that the 360 can't be modded although a few people have cracked into it... well if you want to mod halo on a console you put it into an original modded xbox (or a modded 360) and connect it to your pc... then i think you open the drive its in and you see the files.... although you should probily go else where for a good tutorial.
