how can i start halo in safe mode??

ok, so my comp is messed up...
i cant play halo, but i still mod through the orginal maps (lawl)
but the other day i was like w/e, so i opened up halo and got an exeption..
later i opened it up agen, and a window poped up...
i chose to start halo in safe mode...
AFTER THE HALO WORKED FOR ME, JUST LIKE THE GOOD OL DAYS!!!
so tell me now...
is their a way i can start halo in safe mode everytime!??!

What do you mean your cpu is messed up? Anyways, your cpu should ask you if you want to run it in safe mode each time you start up halo.

No it wont. It might be your graphics settings, if they're too high-tone them down while in safe mode. Anyway, right click the halo shortcut and in the target box, after the quotes, type " -safemode". So the target line should look like
