Laser Pointer?

Is there a way to make a weapon have a laser pointer using the L trigger or always having it on? Not a laser that can be seen in mid air, but one that you can only see the dot.

No it is not the wrong section, but yes, ledgendary gave you the right topic. Its called laser sight and should be the last of those three tutorials posted in that topic link.

you could skin a projs dent thing when it hits the wall and make it so it last like .1 of a second and make the proj do no damage

I understood lol; I don't know if this could work but if you could link a decal with the projectile; make the projectile invisible, then make the decal a red circle it would work; and glow!

just do the above posted tutorial only use the sentinal beam and null out the contrail

so again; what I said unless I'm mistaken... odd though; I thought the sentinel beam had no contrail; I'm exploring an alternative method now though.
