Model Injection not working!

i made this cool beam sword model, and it was my first model ever, but when i injected the fp model into my mod, no model was shown, like it was nulled or something. i later figured that it was my mod for some reason, and not the model itself. i know this because i tried it on a clean map. it worked. does anyone know how to fix this problem?
