I had a bittersweet day today. I had my birthday party (go me, etc, etc), and it was all fun and games, but then for some reason all of us had this weird idea to go to one of my friend's ex boyfriend's house and just go to the mall and mess around.

Bad idea. The ex and one of my other friends were just walking ahead of us and leaving (there were 4 of us, I don't like big birthday parties for these reasons...), and it was pretty much them being idiotic assholes. ZOMGDRAMA.

I had to wear nice clothes all day do to a presentation on "California Ultilities" for my civics class. It was hot. I had a form fitting black shirt w/ tie on. Do the math.

I'm leaving for a 9am-6pm shift at work in 10minutes. Which is more like 8am-7pm if you include the train journey. Need I say how unhappy I am about it?

On an other note, I hate weather here. It's fucking summer and we have a low of 59 degrees. The high is 82... and it better stay up there for the better part of today.

Best get used to it, most jobs give you a 8 or 9 hour shift 5 days a week standard as a full time serious job.

Something I hate is alusions. People for some reason allude to things all the time, to build some kind of interest in their topic...Only for them to go "oh nothing" or "long story"...If I f*ken asked what you mean, "long story" doens't mean im uninterested, it means I want to know what you're alluding to, not if its a long story or not, I asked in the first place...

The thing is, this happens in daily life and on these forums too...Some people allude to "things to come" or some kind of secret 1 ultimate application thingy or whatnot. However, these people are just trying to build up anticipation, try and make people believe what they are rreferring to is just pure gold...Upon its release, people out of the loop realise its not actually that good at all.
And then there are the people that know about what the person is alluding to, but don't explain either, as if they are part of some secretive cult, that if they speak of what they are alluding to, the result will be castration... And to make matters worse, they will try and make themselves feel ultimate for knowing what other know...Being in the loop if you will, "ahh yea, you should do the secret plan thing coz thats leet"...And finally, upon release, they say nothing but "YAY you released it!", so to tell the rest of the users that they knew about it earlier, and thus feel just that little bit warmer on the inside. WOW! What a freakin informative and meaningful post! There is no reason at all for you to be telling other users that the author released it...BECAUS ITS THERE! How about you talk on Aim or whatever the devil you children use these days (;)) and tell them that they released it...Because Im sure that a lot of people don't give a damn.

Darn all you people and you're lust for attention, you need to be all secretive for people to be curious about you're lives and what your doing. Having seeing people do it so much, I generaly don't bite into it anymore, and sometimes just tell them to stop seeking attention...

Eh, suck it up and push it out. I've gone through a lot of tough times, and thinking about it more is just going to keep making things worse for you, because you're going to get so deep in it that you're just finding new things to think about every moment. So just ignore it and try to focus on the good things. I know how cliche and bad that sounds, but it's really your only choice.

Or you could do a barrel roll, become an hero, etc.
