Singing, i'd work on the bases skin. You have what looks to be blood all over it but it seems a little more like rust...unless that's what you are going for? Then, nice job! if you look at the second picture... the rim of the whole in the top of the base is completely clean and untouched. Not bad so far though.

and kkc, is that a bump map that you used to change the hands or did you find out how to inject new biped models
