Server name Question

I need help. Everytime i play halo and create a new game and put the server name there's not enough space. i counted and you can only put 31 characters. But when i went to join game and looked at the servers some have 40 and even more characters in the name. Is there a mod/hack/cheat to allow me to put more characters in the halo pc server name? Whoever can answer this will be very grateful! Thank you, please answer.

But i want to be in the game too. And that stuff is kindof confusing

well thats how they make the long names...and thats all you asked

and you can join your dedicated server...all it is is a server that is running from your comp desktop...not inside the halo game.
