i have an original 360, i like the noise it makes. I have had no problem with. Shame on the people who don't keep their house clean enough to stop it from overheating

My 360 is a bit loud at some times and makes some wierd noises but its not that bad. Im used to it. Doesn't affect me much

Cheaper and quiter sounds cool. Maybe they'll make the HD have 720 GBs of space. (if you don't get the joke learn to count)

I find the ambient noise quite soothing when playing dull games, yet quite enraging when playing games like GoW; it helps either way.

I actually think my Wii is louder than my 360. My cousin's PS3 sounds like a jet when loading, Then it quiets down.

I'm keeping my regular XBox 360. Original is always better

teh original 360 is just as good IMO. if you can't keep your xbox clean enough to not overheat then you don;t love it enough.

As has been said, it's your own darn fault if you can't keep it clean. I have a buddy who got one on release day (as a gift from his parents, that spoiled bastard), and has had no problems with it.
