Xbox 360 Controller LED Modding Help
Xbox 360 Controller LED Modding Help
ok so i am trying to mod my xbox 360 wireless and wired controller to have a blue LED light rather than the green one on the big X on the front. I have somebody who knows how to do it he just needs me to find him the parts... but he says he 's not sure what parts he needs but he'll know how to do it. so if someone could tell me what the LED is called and the Resistors too then id gladly appriciate it. Thanks.

Re: Xbox 360 Controller LED Modding Help
You'll need a soldering gun or soldering iron and rosin core solder. (your friend probably already has this)aRZie wrote:ok so i am trying to mod my xbox 360 wireless and wired controller to have a blue LED light rather than the green one on the big X on the front. The Blue LED needed is most likely a 3mm clear one rated somewhere between 2.0 and 2.5 volts.
The resistors depend on the voltage and current rating of the blue LED.
