FTP through windows explorer

what you want to do is open notepad..
type in the following code (exact)

@echo off
explorer ftp://(XBOX's IP goes here)
exit

save that as

xbox.bat

make shure you put .bat at the end.

Open the file and type in log in information and yay!!

"ftp://xbox:xbox@IP Address" works too.

yea, i just dont like using web browsers or anythng like iexplore. And making a batch file is a little easier so you dont have to type in ftp://blablabla

And setting up an FTP location as a drive on your system is simpler in the long run.

being a nooby sod... does this require a modded xbox, or just the ethernet to be connected to the computer/router and to the xbox?
