when you buy the disk you are given rights to that disk. You can modifie it in anyway, but cannot pirate the disk
the only way it would be illegal is if it was illegal to modifie a xbox

You aren't given rights to the content that's published on the disc.

you as an individual are given right to the content to modify for yourself. that is why we use patches...

How about a M6D assault rifle with the h1 pistol next?

And have neither of them replace any old weapons, but be new weapons with new spawn points - so the h1 pistol can co-exist with the h2 pistol, etc.

i dont want to argue about this anymore, non of us are going to get fined or arrested for doing this, so just leave it at that.
