Ok i have my biped skinned and he is walking around. Im sure this is a way noob-ish question but how do you go about recording the footsteps you have laid out?

Sorry. about animated sig. I am just going to repeat my question but it was on the last page and I still have no answers. Why is isn't my mirror mode showing the green and blue verts? Heres a picture. Image

I have already that multiple times, and it never worked after i pasted the verts. Thats why i wanna get it right.

ok i have steps layed out and i want to record the rendered version...i beleave to do that you need to go to motion capture....

when i do that this message is displayed and i cant capture anything.......am i going about capturing wrong?

Um, that's like, if you have a motion capture setup. Such as a studio would have to capture people's movements and apply them to the animation.

To render an animation, go to the Render window (F10) and select the "Active Timeframe" or whatever to render, then scroll down and turn on "Render To File" and set the path of the video.

So you have all your frames animated and just need to render it? Then go to your render options window and set it to render frames 0-100 or whatever...I'm pretty sure the Motion Capture utility is for motion capture devices (the suit with all the ping pong ball things on it).

Yeah Sorry for my angry out burst, its just I'm so frustrated, working on the biped for about 3 weeks now. So sorry again.

Ok I did the right side of the biped because the mirror thing wasn't work. SO I was just posing the MC when these lines came up on the material so I click undo and it didn't work, do you guys know any solution to this? Heres a pic.

its showing the materials in wireframe.
uncheck a box in the materials box saying about wireframe.
