Anyway, yes you can add +64mb of ram to a xbox, but it works only with 128mb of ram with a debug bios(XDK) wich doesn't work fine with halo 2 because the halo 2 default.xbe use only the 64mb of ram.

Ok, enough XDK discussion. In addition, I'm sure there are plenty of legal issues with selling XDKs.

One last thing on the ram discussion. I do believe it's been proven to be the most difficult of xbox mods. So, no, it's not easy to do...in the slightest. Plus, there isn't a whole lot it would help with....XBMC would run better but that's not worth it. I like the Zanzi pic ;)

It may have broken an NDA for the original developer to have sold them, but for the buyer and sellers after that, I believe they become fair game.

You can edit the header of the .xbe to use all 128MBs of RAM.

If you only like 640x480 shots, still make a high res and resize it down that size... as the stitching methods often hide the aliasing from the Halo 2 shots. That's probably why Bungie's shots look better aswell, they have the anti aliasing whereas Yelo does not. I think.

Buy, maybe. But if you made one it wouldnt matter. Xbox games are made to run with the amount of ram thats in it. There are tools to get rid of it but buying the ram would cost alot(i think) and then you would have to put it in(no easy task).
