Yelo and Xbox Live
Now that I am thinking about siging up for x-box live tp play fun mods, I want to know if I go online without yelo on will I get banned, or if I go on without is as well?

Yes, you can safely have modded content on your xbox and go onto live. Just don't load the trainer, and don't modify your content download maps.
