Umm I think you created a model but you can't inject because its does not have enough polys or somthing. You see when you make a gun model you can't inject it unless your using CE. But if you remodel you just move verticies so there are still the same number of verticies.
Re-model=Moving verticies therefore makin a model diffrent.
Create model= Making a model.
EDIT: Add a smoothing groups

ya hes prety much right i model alot and they suck at first but remodeling is alot easeer than making a model from scratch and trying to mach vertivied and inices do you should export the halo shotgun into a folder and import it to your modeling program remodel it then revers the proses and export from the 3d program and import back into halo...its realy easy to do..it only took e a week to get used to.

I don't agree with you, wings 3d is actually a really good program, I don't think he used 3ds max, also i thought wings was only for mac too, unless I'm wrong? Wings can actually be a really good program if you know how to use it, and it can UV, which I don't think milkshape can do. Check out some of the models by emerald mod team in the mac section, those we're all made with wings 3D, and to me they look simply amazing.youhoo7 wrote:dude wings 3d sucks *** and *** at the same time it sucks so bad for every thing its the worst modeling program ever...so he probably used the othere one
dont move it Models are universal and he can repost in Mac section. He shouldLambda wrote:yes its for macintosh because Pvt. Pwn is on a Macintosh
he either used Wings 3D or 3ds Max
so someone with the power to do so, please move this model
ow, that is alot of wasted polygons, instead of extruding, move the face

Ok guys, lol, sorry I haven't checked on this thread for a while, that's why there is all these unanswered questions. Ok, so here I go:
No I didn't make this on Wings 3d, I made it in 3ds Max and then used Wings 3d to render it.
Yes it has a lot of polys (3,000) because you have to triangulate it, lol! I'm not stupid enough to use that many polys just for looks.
And thanks for the good feedback!
By the way... [DK]Hawk thinks I stole this model from some site, so can anyone back me up on this? Thanks.
