First of all i want to know how HEK works and how to use it, anything else would be great too.

There's a tutorial that comes with HEK and it thoroughly explains how to use it....before, posting a question, please research to find if it's been asked, or the answer comes with the program/file.

And what does the poll have to do with anything?
