its a liquid blue texture and scratched metal texture. no shader swaps.

Erm... This doesn't look like much time was invested in it. This looks like yet another filter skin, though, I guess we all gotta start somewhere.

um....chrome + Blue Neon overlay filters? Other than that doesn't it look like the plasma rifle or blue elites cubemap...

no filters. just 2 textures blended into the bitmap using clone stamp tool. havent found a good tutorial on skining yet...

Darken, Straighten, Depth, Detail.....

I give yours so far sense it is a first a 7/10.

Not that bad.

You should try just messin' with random tools, for example your best friends: Burn and Dodge XD
