also...i wasnt suggesting that as the halo 3 AR, but a skin that would be comparable since masterchief is now battle scarred in halo 3

the pistol looks like an MS paint skin. could do better than that. 5 minute jobs are terrible.

The AR looks like a weapon skin from gears of war almost its like made of eniterly old metal but it looks good 8/10 pistol looks like crap 2/10

You didn't listen to the CMT skinner's advice, all you did is make even a worse model, and then put lighten filter on the texture near the ammo counter. It would have looked better if you would of put very small scratches in the cubemap, so they would only shine in the sun. 6/10

AR looks like you just took a badly-pixellated AR detail map and overlayed it, then changed the screen. At least you got some detail on it, but you really didn't change a lot at all. 6/10 for the effort.

Pistol isn't even worth rating let alone downloading, to be perfectly honest.

Spend more time on them and do something more complex than simply sticking badly-pixellated scratches that you didn't even make (or so I assume, as they look identical to the AR details not ported properly to PC) over the original skin.

Also, whoever said Dane's skin wasn't that good... kindly learn a few basic facts about skinning before you shoot your mouth off and say something as stupid as that
