Freehand drawing

Besides little cartoon doodles, this is my first free hand drawing I have done. I used a picture as a reference but I didnt trace at all (unless the tippy top of the hood to get started so I could scale it well). I think the shading could use some work in some places, but in others it looks really good.

Tell me what you think, good or negative, and how I might be able to build on it.

Nice! I got a friend who can draw better than that, but its sorta like comparing apples and ornages(he draws giant monsters with giant swords and three tongues). He's really good, so don't worry. That's way better than what I could do.
