[Mod] Moos first

This is my first mod, not much....but it's some stuff I'v wanted to see in mods.
Would have been more but I got bored so....

Shotgun:
Unlimited ammo
No reload
Zoom in
Shoots sticky grenades
Increased accuracy
Slower rate of fire (decided the weapon was...too good...)

Pistol:
Increased accuracy (dead on)
Unlimited ammo
No reload
Faster rate of fire

Master Chief:
No fall damage
Jump higher

Vehicles:
Faster (warthog and tank don't flip near as easily to make up for speed increase, may have to hit "flip vehicle over" more than once though)

Grenades
Frag:
Increased area (you'll see)
Less damage
Sticky:
Changed to charged plasma pistol round (for some reason it wouldn't stay as a sticky)

looks pretty good for a first. Thanks to the new app, you've been able to do a lot more very easily. The effort here really depends on either whether you used hex, or you used the application(eschanton). Either way, for a first mod, I would give it a 7.5/10 good job.

most of it was done with eschanton....except for the weapon swaps cause for some reason the game always crashed if i did it through eschanton
