Fly cam, file missing?

I used to have the halo fly cam by bitterbanan and know how to use it already. I downloaded it from numerous places many times trying to get it to work and still wont work. I'm pretty sure that a file in the folder is missing I think maybe a config file? If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it a lot.

i read tht ure flycam not work just lettin u know that on my flycam i have no config file or anything like that. k i hope this helped u
