How do I make plasma weapons have infinite ammo?
I need help. I need to know how to make the plasma weapons have infinite ammo aqnd perhaps no overcharge. i need to know how to do it with HMT 3.5 . all help is appreciated.

I think when you get the phenomena pluginpack, on the weapons section.. one of the sections allows you to set the 'age' of a projectile. take the projectile you want from the drop down menu and change the age value to 0.
edit: ok.. now I'm actually at home I can do this in detail:
open your map file. (make sure you have phenomenas 60 plugin pack)
find the weapons tag.
click on whatever plasma weapon it is you want to edit.
scroll down onto triggers. and on the drop down menu select an one of the options (such as.. plasma pistol has 0 and 1. these are the normal shot and charged shot respectively).
it'll update the screen, find the triggers section again. beneath it is trigger flags then a list of numbers you can change.
change age generated per round to 0. (also if you change heat generated per round to 0 as well.. it'll never overheat.. useful.)
save it.. load up the map. and there you go.
for a larf I recommend taking off the heat generated for the fuel rod gun. and finding the trigger lock option somewhere on the weapons tag. maybe even turn the ROF up a bit. you can unload quite a bit of damage with that thing

all i do is open the map, go down to weapens, go to the gun, scroll down the tag editor, until i find projectile & the dropdown window beside it, drop it down & select the 1 u want, make the ammo per shot 0, make the overload time 0. hey presto: unlimited ammo & no overcharge!!1!
