Good job making the water look tropic, but the sparkles are disgusting.

I like it. It does have too many sparkles, though. They also seem to stand out to much.

Agreed. Take out the sparkles and text and you'll have something going for yourself.

If you want some kind of sparkle effect, apply the image. Then do a filter > noise > add noise. Make the amount close to 25. Then take the eraser tool and dab on all the areas that aren't water. Set the layer to overlay and adjust the layer opacity as needed. That's what I usually do, and it has a nice outcome.
