help please

im makin a mod and when ever i out skin on the shard.map file i put it on my xbox and overight the other 1 on my xbox then bot up halo and i see just a green worthog NOT WITH THE SKIN! its gettin annoying so if some 1 could please help me thanks

You could always internalise the bitmap you want ie the warthog one (search for bitmap internaliser) and then internalise it in the map you want and then replace the bitmaps in the map you internalised them in.

When you are ftp'ing if you have ever noticed the x,y, and z partitions. Those are cache. Just go into each one of those partitions and delete the files in them. Also when making a skin you may want to delete the lower lod's in the map. There is a program out there for that.
