Information on DLC creation is something that has been kept very secret and is something that alot of people would like to be able to do themselves. And Now it is finally possible

Ive have put alot or research into this and have finally cracked the patch_v3.lvl signature and written a app to make DLC
Whats done:
- Map out patch_v3.lvl file(only a few unkown values left I dont even think they are important)
- Map out contentmeta.xbx and resign them
- Build a DLC package and install it
- Figured out how to resign the patches
To edit patch files I edited Entity to support them
Entity UE
Features:
- Patch_v3.lvl Editor Added
- Can extract and inject bitmaps from patch_v3.lvl files
- Can now resign the patch's
Unrelated Features:
- Main Menu Editor
- Can set the max map size
- Can set external map paths as well as map and patch folder paths
