Whoa... It's still alive?
Anyways, it's only for Halo PC. Not CE, not Xbox. It's in the Halo PC section. You use a program named PPF-O-Matic to apply the ppfs (which you extract from the zip or rar file) to the map respectively. You can find the maps in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\Maps\
You also place the ui.map to the same directory as mentioned above.
If you're still confused, search the tutorials sections for a ppf-ing tutorial.

but it might be too complicated for a first time. I'm sure there was an easier tutorial somewhere.
EDIT:
And there is no way to fix the marines shooting outside of the pelican. Unless I set it so they can't fire out the pelican, then they'll appear without guns instead (which looks even lamer). The reason why they shoot outside is because I set them to have longer range so they can shoot farther. I could set them to have shorter ranges, but then they would be more like the old AI than the new AI.

Yeah I did everything even the maps and stuff except the bitmaps.map and sounds.map because I didint like the sounds and if I used the bitmaps it would ruin some skins of mine..... but I put the SP maps and UI.map the sound is nice and your desktop background.... But i'm trying a million times with that legendary part for the menu but it won't show up or the loading screen pic when your loading and playing into a level >____> any ideas?
I must have done that after I made the ppf.. whoops. Or maybe you just didn't apply the bitmaps.ppf, but that's not a good idea unless you have an untouched bitmaps.map. Yeah, I posted an old bitmaps.ppf but it doesn't have that. I know this is rather old but I was thoroughly impressed. The MC Visor I thought was interesting, the AI were challenging. The sounds I liked. The pistol sounds the way it should now. My only complaint is the lack of some minor things, such as improved/details bitmaps of the covenant and MC. The flood bitmaps were good with the drentched blood and all.
Its nice to see a campaign mod other than CMT that has some potential.

Sorry about the bitmaps, I forgot to put them into the bitmaps.ppf. I'll upload them soon as bitmaps so you can inject them using hmt. Anyways, check the topic in a few minutes, there should be a new download called the "UI BITMAPS.zip" which should have the bitmaps and instructions on how to apply the UI bitmaps.

And there's new music too, in the UI. And Halo flames, you gotta turn up the texture detail in the settings.. the Halo is awfully blurry.
Well, pretty much everything has been fixed, except the flamethrower sounds, I tried injecting the default flamethrower sounds but it still gets corrupted
