Just isn't the same without everyone screaming at you for dying, is it?

There's not much of a difference other than that player matches are much more relaxed and fun.

Also, you can still play with your friends in ranked matches, just go to them in the friends tab and hit Join Game in Session.

Yea But say you have a clan and you want to play together or whatever and get a higher level or point system however gears of war does it and you can join each others games because of it. I think that is dumb but I do like the no security cameras and frag tag melee thing.

That's why I like playing with friends - they don't yell and we have teamwork. Randoms yell and are no fun to play with.

Eh, it's a good game, but I'm not crazy about it like everyone else I know. Co-op campaign is fun, but I don't find XBL multiplayer fun at all.

But I've come to find that playing with friends (as in real life, not online friends) is very entertaining, especially at a LAN.

True that GTAF...Online multiplayer is satisfying enough but not that great.
Co-op online is fun...
But in person is so much better. Chainsaw kills are that of legend, and when accomplished, are followed by war cries that echo into the night.

My friend screams every time I kill him in Halo 2 and then hits me in the shoulder.

Luckily, either because of lacrosse, or because he's a total wimp, it doesn't hurt. :p

I like GOW but not the xbox live multiplayer structures....there not that cool and i dont like how they have that were if there in a game and you join you have to wait for the next round...

Uh...rounds aren't even 5 minutes long usually.

Also, you probably would get annoyed if people spawned right when you were about to get the final kill.
