Child dies while imitating Saddam's hanging

You're right, but only to the extent that they wouldn't have hanged (hung?) ['Tis "hanged"] themselves. They would have most likely coppied something else they saw.

If they put Saddam in prision, he would still be alive (the hundreds of thousands of people he killed, however, would all be dead). What's the point of keeping someTHING like Saddam alive? That's a huge waste of money, space, and even oxygen.

I think that they should've put Saddam in a hardcore (when i say hardcore, i mean there's at least 20 killers and gangmembers there) jail. Either way he would've died.

Uhm, what would happen? They'd MAGICALLY have access to weapons to kill him? Guards to jails don't stand by and let people kill each other.

I don't see why the United States wasn't allowed to execute him. If we had been, he would have been given the lethal injection. Then his death wouldn't have been so publicized. And it's not like little kids in Iraq have containers of lethal drugs to play with.

I don't think the US really had any power over Saddam's death, He was just here for the trial. Back on topic. What idiot would try to mimic a hanging? These kids were both stupid, and their parents should pay more attention to them.

Of course the US had power. George Bush would be all like "IM IN UR LEGAL SYSTEM, KILLIN SADDAM HOW I WANT," and that's how it would happen. Publicly, it'd be a "recommendation," but it'd be more than that between the PM of Iraq and GW.
