I could, but all I did in this mod was re-enable Bungie's settings - I could go and make some FPP views for other things, but then I'd need to clone some model marker chunks (or move an existing marker to a good spot, but most vehicles don't have very many extras if at all) and the last time I tried cloning chunks with that stuff the buggy tool I used screwed up the tag.-Legendary- wrote:Why couldn't you do that with every vehicle/seat/gun?
Anyway there aren't very many other vehicles that could benefit from this other than the spectre - FPP views on the heavy vehicles wouldn't be very great... Now pelicans... that could be entertaining. Gotta check if those have any FPP cameras for driver seat - probably not, but worth a shot - maybe there's some other marker I can use.

I did a quick check in the jmad's of one of the masterchief and I couldn't find scorpion_p_* in there, so I made the tank's side seats be spectre_p_* animations. About the driver req thing - I tried that once, but it was annoying when it prompted you to get into a passenger seat when you wanted the driver seat.Dojorkan wrote:Wait. And after a bit of brainstorming - I think I could edit the warthog driver's 3rd person info so that it is a 3rd person seat, but the camera is 0 units away from the origin point, so you'd hopefully see your character.
But is the origin point of the 3rd person view the real seat location or the FPP view location? I could run into some problems if its the former.

It was a proof-of-concept type thing - I'm not looking to win a MOTM and compete with Mimesis-quality mods. I haven't seen anyone else do this ever. its not about the skill level it takes or how hard it is. Its about originality and thought. He put a lot of both of those in this. I think its an awesome mod and could be used in future mods by other people.GruntLeet wrote:Wow....!! 0/10 not that hard with the newest entity plugin...
