Stupid things you've heard before any info on Halo 3

Just post a list of stupid rumors you've heard for halo 3 before we knew anything about it.

My friends believed in all the things I'm about to say.

Triple wielding (how the hell..)
200 player online (Woohooo! *lags out* oh FAIL!)
Online coop (not so hard to believe)
The warthog can turn into a jet
Theres a jetpack (don't know for sure yet, but it sounds stupid)
The brutes are on your team (lol right, yeah)
Rocket boots (gewd gawd)

Then of course theres all the rumors that were spawned from the first fake Halo 3 script. Who the hell has enough time in thier life to make a fake script for an entire game?

I've heard a lot more than this, but just post some things you've heard.

1)i heard you get a combat knife and you can cut like the hunters arm off and take there fuel rod gun. (kinda cool but meh)

Haha those are pretty funny.

But I do think there will be online co-op, they have co-op in halo 1 and 2 and there is no reason to not put it online in halo 3.

i heard that there will be teamed ai on online multiplayer, but that would ruin it. or atleast have a seting for ai or no ai

:O you got that from Game Informer's "Game Infarcer" cover last year. It had a lot of stupid things that were supposedly in Halo 3 (here's the one's I remember):
Triple-weilding
A Football Player Throwing a Missile
Jetpack
And a couple of other things (too bad, it's a shame I can't find that issue).

my cousin is doing that, hes beaten halo 1, but never 2 so wen he gets halo 3 none stop gaming until its beat.

I heard you can switch to uber 3rd person melee and have all those adrenaline moves

I heard you need to .... fix the past?.... so you go in a time machine and fight aliens side by side cave men

I heard if you die in campaign you cant ever play the game again

I heard the X button is automatic modding

I heard ..... Iheard.... you can slide on the ground on your back across the map doing cork screws for evry 5 kills...

i would like to see triple wielding. "press and hold x to dual wield" walk see another weapon 'press and hold x to grow another arm and triple wield' i never heard of 200 ppl online but i heard of 50 ppl in a map. i think i heard that you can grab a brute's hammer and now i think that fact is possible.

The dumbest things I've ever heard:

The Halo 3 script leak (Right, I'm sure the script was enough to span an entire game, and that Bungie couldn't do anything if it was real, they only have the United States' largest company [Don't quote me on that] behind them.)
The Halo 3 beta which was just Halo 2 mods (Nobody realizes that Halo 3 is a 360 game, apparently. Not to mention this was circulating before the game was even announced.)
Halo 3 for PS3 (Need I say more?)

My friend fell for that one and I kept freaking telling him it's not. He never reads bungie updates so...yeah :\

The Battlefield series can have pretty full servers. I have 1942 and that alone can hold up to 64 people in a server if I remember right. But 200?
Some of those are really ridiculous. Triple wield? What next? Chief looks at Cortana and suddenly turns into a tripod? -.-
