Wtf need help

I injected the specimine_elevator from floodlab onto my mod, and when i go to jump onto it, i just fall right through like nothing was there. wtf?

That just means the map is in use by another process, close all other map editors. Then try again.

Edit: Now, why would you change your question just as I was about to post?

Anyway, there is no "specimen_elevator" in floodlab. Get the exact name and I might be able to help you.

He is talking about the specimen lift, it's the thing you go up and have to fight flood. It's featured in a lot of mach mods. Anyways, did you transfer over the [mach] tag of it? Use Entity to do it, if you use Insolence sometimes it doesn't transfer all the tags correctly.

i used insolence to transfer it to my mod.
sometimes when i use entity to inject things and i go to place it with the BSP viewer, i get an error

That's not the problem, the [phmo] tag of the Specimen Lift didn't transfer with all the other tags. Try doing it again and it hopefully will work.
